The bases of our Bio Gleeck Chocolate Chili are oat flakes, an excellent provider of carbohydrates. Oat flakes are rich in valuable proteins and offer a considerable amount of Vitamin B1, thus promoting the mental and physical performance. Moreover, they contain essential amino acids and 70% of unsaturated fatty acids. In addition, oat flakes are also full of magnesium, phosphor, zinc and copper.
